循环经济是一种建立在物质和能量不断循环利用基础上的经济模式 我国应把循环经济作为工业 经济发展的战略取向。
Circular economy is a kind of economic mode which is based on the circular use of resources and energy. China should take the circular economy as strategic orientation for industrial economic development and se up corresponding policy for its further development.
