摘要
在分析城镇土地定级、基准地价评估、宗地评估、基准地价更新中所涉及的各种信息及其处理方法的基础上 ,从系统设计原则、功能模块设计、数据库设计、系统类设计等几个方面对面向对象的城镇土地定级估价信息系统的设计进行了详细的阐述。
According to Urban Land Grading Regulations and Urban Land Evaluating Regulations, the authors analyze all kinds of information and methods which are used to evaluate the urban land grade and price. How to design urban land grading and evaluating information system is elaborated in this paper.
