摘要
影响土地质量的因素很多,但对土地质量影响程度并不相同,只有通过因素权重的科学确定才能正确揭示土地质量差异。如何确定城市土地定级权重系数,是土地资源综合评价中的核心问题。在分析传统主、客观土地定级因素权重确定方法和土地定级因素与土地质量之间的联系的基础之上,提出同时体现主、客观信息的综合集成赋权法,介绍应用综合集成赋权法确定土地定级因素权重的具体方法,对综合集成赋权法运用于土地定级因素权重确定的可行性进行了探讨。
A variety of factors affect the quality of land to a certain degree. Only through figuring the power of the land class factors scientifically can the difference between all kinds of land be determined, which is a key element in the land resource integrative as sessment. The paper explains the method of synthesized integration in power figuring based on an analysis of the traditional methods of subjective and objective land power figuring in land grading and the relationship between the land class factor and the land quality, in troduces the concrete ways of applying the method, and probes into the feasibility of applying the synthesized integration to figuring the power of the land level factor.
