摘要
提出了一种综合与给定直线在三个点上一阶密切的对称铰链四杆近似直线机构的方法。应用位移矩阵理论推导了连杆曲线与给定直线在三个点上一阶密切时机构参数应满足的方程 ,同时通过设定机构初始位置 ,使其能够满足速度方向条件。也给出了用该方法综合的几个机构实例和一个应用实例。
A method for synthesizing symmetric hinged 4-bar li nkage approximate to a straight line with a first ovdered osculation at three points of a given straight line was proposed. By applying theory of displacement mat rix the equations have to be salisfied by parameters of mechanism with a first o rdered osculation at three points of a given straight line tangential to curve o f connecting rod were derived, and at the same time enable the equations to sati sfy the condition of velocity's direction by way of setting the premary position of mechanism. Several living examples of mechanism and an applicational example synthesized by this method are also presented in this paper.
