水稻耐盐机理的研究1.不同基因型植株水平耐盐性初步比较 被引量:22

摘要 本文比较了外部形态和基本特性相似、而耐盐性有显著差异的3组共6个水稻基因型苗期对NaC1胁迫的不同反应,以盐害程度评级、相对生物量和鲜/干值等作为生长指标进行比较,证实耐盐基因型的耐盐程度显著地高于其对应的盐敏感基因型。分析了水稻植株的Na+、CI-含量,发现在NaCl胁迫下,耐盐基因型地上部的Na+、C1-含量分别显著地低于其对应的盐敏感基因型。相关分析结果表明了稻株地上部的Na+、C1-含量分别与上述三项生长指标高度相关,表明植株地上部Na+、C1-含量可以作为水稻苗期耐盐性的一个生理指标. Three pairs of zice genotypes,each pair having similar general characters but marked differences in salt tol-erance,were compared in terms of seediling responeses to Nacl stress.Based on such growth indices as appearance eval-uation of salt damage,relative biomass and fresh/dry matter ratios.it was confirmed that the salt-tolerance genotypes indeed outdid their sait-sensitive ccunterparts It was found from plant tissue enalysis that Na+or Ci-conient in the shoot of salt-to--lerant genotyps was significantly Lower than those of salt-sensitive genotypes.Correlation analy-sis showed that the Nator a-content in the shooe was highly correlated to the above growth indces,indicating that Natand/or C1-content in the shoot can be used as a physiologica1 index of sa!t tolerance in rice seedlings.
