实施系统的心理训练提高速射运动员心理稳定性的个案研究 被引量:2

A Case Study on Enhancing the Mental Stability of Rapid-fire Shooter Through Systematic Mental Training

摘要 采用个案研究,考察了系统的心理训练对提高速射运动员心理稳定性的影响。结果表明:系统的心理训练能有效地提高速射运动员的心理稳定;心理训练必须与运动员的专项训练相结合,并且要长期有序的进行下去才可能取得良好的效果;利用目标设置和认知训练的有关理论能有效地帮助运动员的端正比赛时的心态从而促进运动员的比赛发挥。 Systematic mental training has a very positive effects on enhancing the mentalstability of rapid-fire shooters. Mental Training must be integrated with specialized training andbe carried out persistently.The use of theories on goal-setting and cognitive training can helpshooters effectively to have a positive attitude so as to perform well in competition.
