摘要
在1673K下,应用Fe_2O_3-MnO_2熔剂对高炉锰铁熔体进行了预脱硅的实验研究。研究了Fe_2O_3与MnO_2的配比和添加CaO对脱硅保锰的影响。结果表明:当熔剂用量为合金量的5%时,可获得70%的脱硅率,并对锰的氧化有所抑制。分析了脱硅保锰的热力学条件和工艺条件。
Experiments on desiliconisation of Fe-Mn alloy are performed with Fe_2O_3-MnO_2 flux at 1673K: The influence of some factors, such as the ratio of Fe_2O_3 to MnO_2,the addition of CaO to the flux etc., on the protection of manganese during desiliconisation treatment, is studied. The results obtained show that 70% of desiliconisation can be achieved when the quantity of the flux is 5% of the quantity of alloys, and the oxidation of Mn is relatively small. In the end, the paper discussed the thermodynamic and technological conditions of the protecttion of Mn during desiliconisation treatment.
