摘要
含钒铁水浸入吹氧脱硅处理熔池中存在不同的反应区域。基于这一特点,作者用数学模型对硅与钒的氧化分离过程进行了分析研究。该模型能够模拟脱硅处理时铁水和炉渣中多个组元的行为,并能够对不同反应区的反应对于硅钒分离过程所起的作用进行定量分析。模型计算结果与实际过程符合良好。
Based on the fact that different reaction zones exist in bath of desiliconization treatment of V-bearing hot metal by submerged O_2 blowing, a mathematical model is applied to simulate the separative oxidation of Si from V in hot metal. It can predict behaviour of some components in metal and slag and evaluate the contributions of reactions taking place in each reaction zone to the seperative oxidation quantitatively. Results of the calculation are in good agreement with experimental data.
