根据现阶段铁路运输企业内外部环境的变化,从财务、顾客、内部经营过程、技术创新和人力资源5个方面,对铁路运输企业的业绩作了综合评价,并阐述了业绩综合评价体系的特点及需要进一步探讨的问题。
According to the current changes of both interior and exterior envi-ronment in railway transport enterprises, the paper carries out a comprehen-sive evaluation to the work of railway transport enterprises from aspect offinance, customer, internal management process, technical innovation andhuman resources. In the meanwhile, it probes into the characters of the men-tioned comprehensive work-evaluation system as well as some aspects thatneed to be further discussed.
