摘要 阐述了用电化学法对细粒煤与黄铁矿表面的改性机理。用Raman光谱对煤表面含氧官能团减少、疏水性增强进行了定性分析。运用X射线衍射仪证实了黄铁矿表面改性的事实。研究表明,电化学处理后两者向相反的方向改性,为高硫煤浮选脱硫提供了理论依据。 The paper describes the mechanism concerning modification of surface property of coal and sulphur particles by use of electrochemical method. To make sure of the feature, analysis has been done by means of Raman spectrum on the fact that hydrophobicity of coal surface increases with reduction of oxy - function group on the surface. The fact that the modification of pyrite surface property has been confirmed by use of x - ray diffractometer. It has been shown from the research that after the coal and pyrite is treated by electrochemical process, the modified property of the two parts is towards opposite direction. This provides theoretical basis on which sulphur removal from high - sulphur coal can be effected by flotation process.
