摘要
本文用热力学原理分析了界面张力变化与气泡接触角变化的关系,从吉布斯吸附方程和杨氏方程导出了不等式Γ_(s-g)>Γ_(s-lo)在实验室试验的基础上,研究了捕收剂气化浮选新工艺,得到了与常规工艺相比产率提高10%的效果,并生产出了灰分为3.77%~5.77%的低灰分精煤;用分离压的结构分量的概念分析了过程的机理。
In this paper the relation between variations of interfacial tension and that of contact angle is analyzed in the principle of thermodynamics.The inequality of Γ_(s-g)>Γ_(s-l),is derived from Dupre equation and Young's equation.A new floatation system using gaseous collector has been successfully tested on the basis of laboratory experiments.As compared with conventional method the recovery has increased by 10%.And the clean coal with ash content of 3.77%~5.77% is produced.The mechanism of the process is analyzed using the concept of constructural component of disjoining pressure.
