摘要
通过对铝合金压铸件中的硬质点及基体较硬区的系统分析 ,研究各种非金属夹杂物和金属杂质相的形貌和本质 ,分析讨论它们的来源 ;针对消除及预防非金属夹杂物和金属杂质相进行各类工艺试验 ,提出预防措施。
It is described in the present paper that a very detailed investigation on the morphology and nature of the hard spots, and various kinds of nonmetallic and metallic inclusion in the hard areas of aluminum die castings. It also discusses the origins and possible causes of forming these inclusions. All kinds of test has been done to remove and prevent the hard spot. Therefore, the preventive measures have been suggested.
