钛制设备化学清洗新工艺的研究与应用

摘要 介绍钛制设备化学清洗新工艺的研究与应用。通过对钛材在多种介质中的耐蚀性研究及大量试验,筛选出适合的化学清洗药剂。该工艺在天津大港发电厂国产海水淡化闪蒸设备钛制换热器上的应用表明:钛管内垢被全部除尽,钛管含氢量及金相组织检测显示设备无损坏,清洗取得了成功。 This paper introduces the study and application of a new chemical cleaning technology for titanium-made equipment.Through corrosion-resistance study and a large number of tests of titanium material in various mediums ,an appropriate chemical cleaning composite was sifted out.The application of the agents on the indigenous titanium heat exchanger of flash evaporation equipment for sea water desalination in Tianjin Dagang Power Plant showed that the scales in titanium tubes were entirely removed,and the tests of hydrogen content and metallographic structure indicated no damages occurring on the equipment.The chemical cleaning achieved success.
