摘要
以酸为清洗剂,进行化学清洗,研究了无机酸、有机酸对磁性难溶垢的清洗情况。通过大量的实验证明硫酸具有良好的清洗效果。并通过溶垢反应,研究了清洗剂的浓度、反应温度、时间因素对清洗率的影响。实验结果表明:浓度为38.02%的硫酸为良好的清洗剂,在反应时间为6h,反应温度为90℃的条件下,磁性难溶垢的清洗率可达99.20%。
Using acid as cleaning agent for chemical cleaning, this work reports the cleaning effect of inorganic acid and organic acid on magnetic scale. The results suggest that sulfuric acid has a good cleaning effect. It is found that the concentration of dissovling agent, reaction temperature, duration time play important roles in the cleaning efficiency. The optimal reaction condition is presented:24. 50% of sulphuric acid as a good cleaning agent, in the reaction time of 6.0 h, the reaction temperature is 90℃ that the conditions of insoluble scale magnetic cleaning rate of 99. 20%.
