摘要
图书馆意识既是中小学教师基本素质的应有构成 ,又是教师提高自身素质的必要条件。强化中小学教师的图书馆利用意识、建设意识和宣传教育意识 ,对于充分发挥图书馆作用以及教师提高素质。
The library consciousness is not only the composing of primary and middle school teachers, but also the necessary condition to improving teacher's self-diathesis. To strengthen the using consciousness, building consciousness and propagandizing consciousness of library is important for exerting the action of library and accomplishing the teaching task.
