摘要
通过对柳州医学高等专科学校图书馆读者问卷调查结果的分析,反映了读者对图书馆馆藏资源建设和服务的满意程度,以求为服务创新找到切实有效的思路和措施,为图书馆服务和管理的改进提供一定的依据。
Through analyzing the investigation results of reader questionnaire in Liuzhou Medical College Library, this paper reflects the satisfaction degree of readers to the collection construction and service of library in order to find the effective ideas and measures for service innovation and provide some foundations for the improvement of library' s service and management.
