摘要
文章认为随着我国经济的发展 ,我国农村乡镇城市化速度将加快 ,因此 ,狭义的“社区图书馆”应包含乡镇图书馆。文章还认为发展社区图书馆也应遵循市场经济规律 ,因此 ,发展社区图书馆的有效途径是 :一、积极诱导房地产商办社区图书馆 ;二。
In this paper, the author believes that with the development of China's economy, towns and villages in China are fastening their step of urbanization. Therefore,community library in the narrow sense shall include township library. And in developing community library, regulations of market economy shall be followed. There are two effective ways to develop community library: first, actively induce real estate developer to establish community library; second, public library establishes branch in community.
