摘要
以甲基丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸丁酯为单体 ,邻苯二甲酸二丙烯酯为交联剂 ,用过氧化二苯甲酰 (BPO)作引发剂 ,采用悬浮聚合法合成高吸油树脂。将吸油率作性能指标 ,利用正交试验分析各种影响因素。得出最佳工艺条件为 :A1B1 C2 D2 ,此时单体配比为 :丙烯酸丁酯∶甲基丙烯酸丁酯 =3∶ 2 ;引发剂为 0 .9%;交联剂为 0 .3%;分散剂为 4
