摘要
以丙烯酸乙酯(EA)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)为单体,N,N′-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂,偶氮二异丁腈为引发剂,采用溶液聚合法制得高吸油性树脂共聚物。以吸油率为性能指标,通过正交试验分析了反应条件对树脂吸油率的影响,得出最佳合成条件。结果表明,当EA∶MMA单体配比1∶1,引发剂用量1.25%,交联剂用量0.6%,反应温度90℃时树脂吸收甲苯能力最大,达到15.21 g/g。研究发现,树脂经过甲苯洗涤后的吸油率可提高至24.05 g/g,吸油速率无大变动。红外光谱测试表明树脂是由单体与交联剂发生共聚反应而成的。
High oil absorption resin copolymer was synthesized by solution polymerization using ethyl acrylate and methyl methacrylate as the monomers,N,N'-methylene bisacrylamide as the crosslinking agent,AIBN as the initiator.The best synthesis conditions were obtained by orthogonal experimental analysis of the reaction conditions.The results showed that when the EA∶MMA monomer ratio of 1∶1,the initiator concentration 1.25%,0.6% crosslinking agent,reaction temperature 90℃,resin absorption capacity of toluene was 15.21 g/g.It was also found that,resin absorption capacity can be increased to 24.05 g/g after washed by toluene,with no changes on the absorption rate.FTIR spectra indicated that resin copolymers were formed by monomers and crosslinking agent.
