摘要
本文介绍用密封式三相点容器在液氮做冷介质的恒温器中复现氩、氮与氧三相点和在微型致冷机中复现氖与平衡氢三相点的方法和结果。其标准偏差均小于0.5mK。
The methods and results to realize the triple points of argon, oxygen and nitrogen in a cryostat and those of equilibrium hydrogen and neon in a mini-refrigerator are described. All the standard deviations are less than 0.5 mK.
