摘要
目的 :探讨高血压脑出血破入脑室的治疗方法。方法 :对 5 6例高血压脑出血破入脑室患者实施单侧或双侧脑室外引流辅以尿激酶脑室内反复灌洗治疗。结果 :本组 5 6例 ,存活 4 5例 ,死亡 11例 ,有效率 80 .3%。结论 :总结得出单侧或双侧脑室外引流辅以尿激酶脑室内反复灌洗治疗高血压脑出血破入脑室是一种简单、微创。
Objective:To explore the treatment of hypertension cerebral hemorrhage broden into ventricles.Methods:56 patients with hypertensioncerebral hemorrhage broken into ventricles,were treated by unilateral of bilateral ventricular drainage assisted by repeatedly urokinase lavage.Results:Of 56 cases,45 patients are alive(80.3 %),other 11 died.Conclusion:Up early unilateral or bilateral ventricular drainage assisted by repeatedly urokinase lavage is a simple,microtrauma and effective method for treatment of hypertension cerebral hemorrhage broken into ventricles.
