摘要
目的 :观察不同药物对脑出血病人体外血块溶解的作用及影响。方法 :取一名脑出血病人肘静脉血 3 0ml ,分装入 15个试管 ,待血凝固后分别加入 3ml生理盐水 ,然后分别于血块中心注入不同药物 ,观察 1h～ 6h血块溶解情况。结果 :血块溶解以 2h～ 3h内最为明显 ,其中尿激酶组溶解效果最好 ,6h溶解率达 86%。结论 :尿激酶可作为钻颅抽血溶解血块的首选药。
Objective:To observe action and effect of different medicine on cerebral hemorrhage patients' gore in vitro. Methods: 30 ml elbow venous blood was withdrawled from a cerebral hemorrhage.The blood was encased 15 test tube respectively.3 ml nomal saline was joined every one after blood being hard. Different medicine was injected into gore center to observe gore dissolusion in 1h-6h. Results: Gore dissolusion was obvious in 2h and 3h.The effect of urokinase group was best. Dissolusion rate was 86%. Conclusion: Urokinase can be used first selection when boring skull to hemospasia and dissove gore.
