摘要
本文介绍一种采用三个单向压电力传感器的三向车削测力仪。其传载链采用了可消除干扰的球窝传载方式,使静态向间横向干扰系数均小于2.7%,最小值为0.28%。利用激振测力系统进行动态性能测试的结果表明,新测力仪的动态线性、向间横向干扰指标已达到CIRP关于静态性能测试的标准;在1kHz以下,灵敏度无明显变化,可满足在该频率以下的动态切削试验的要求。
A newly developed three-component piezoelectric dynamometer for turning is described in this paper. By using a new for transmitting force to minimize the crosstalk, all the static crosstalk coefficients of the dynamometer are less than 2.7%, and the lowest one is 0.28%. Its dynamic linearity and crosstalk have conformed to the CIRP Int. Std. for static characteristics testing while the sensitivity is stable. It can meet the needs for dynamic cutting tests under 1 kHz.
