摘要
本文采用常规的标定车削测力仪方法,根据线性叠加原理,对标定车削测力仪时的向间干扰,利用线性叠加法进行消除,并导出标定方程组.本方法具有标定精度高,能较精确地测量各切削分力,与其它消除车削测力仪向间干扰方法相比,更为简便易行.
Based on the principle of linear compensation, the paper makes an effort to eliminate the inter-dimensional interferenc of a lathe dynamometer in its calibration. A set of simultaneous equations is developed. The method can generate accurate result both in calibration and in cutting force tests and is simpler and easier to practise than other methods.
