摘要
用失重和电化学测试方法考察了钼磷酸在硫酸-醋酸混酸介质中对316不锈钢的缓蚀性能,对缓蚀机理进行了初步推断,目的就是解决硫酸对金属设备的腐蚀问题.实验结果表明,钼磷酸是一种阳极型缓蚀剂,在w(H2SO4)=0.5%~1.5%,w(CH3COOH)=56.0%,w(HPA)=0.1%~0.2%,温度100~120℃的条件下,腐蚀速度小于0.05mm/a,缓蚀效率高达99.7%.
The inhibition of corrosion by molybdophosphoric acid in mixed sulphuric acid and acetic acid on 316 stainless stell was investigated through weight loss and electrochemical tests for the purpose of eliminating the corrosion of metallic equipment by sulphuric acid .Experimental results indicate that molybdophosphoric acid is an anodetype inhibitor and its corrosion rate is less than 0.05 mm/a,and its corrosion inhibition rate goes up to 99.7% at w (H2SO4)=0.5%~1.5%,w (CH3COOH)=56%,w(HPA)=0.1%~0.2%,and 100~20 ℃.
