摘要
利用Ti(OC)4H_9)4高温气相裂解反应合成了TiO_2超细粒子粉末,确立了无定形、锐钛、金红石三种形式的TiO_2粒子合成工艺条件。对淀积物进行了XRD、BET、TEM和激光光散射分析,系统地研究了反应温度、反应物初始浓度和停留时间对产物形态、晶体组成的影响。
Ultrafine TiO_2 particles were synthesized by thermal decomposition of Ti(OC_4H_9)_4, the preparation conditions of amorphous TiO_2, anatase and rutile were given. Using XRD、BET、TEM、BI-90 particle sizer and other methods, the effects of reaction temperature, initial reactant concentration and residence time on the properties of deposition product were studied.
