摘要
本文报道了用 YAG 激光器在大气中加热气化制取 TiO_2超细粉末的实验结果。透射电子显微镜观察表明,粉末颗粒均匀性较好,直径为6—20nm,主要为锐钛矿结构。本文对颗粒大小和结构等与所用激光束能量密度的关系进行了实验。研究表明,激光加热气化法是制备超细金属氧化物粉末的一种可行方法。
In this paper,a method preparing ultrafine TiO_2powder by laser irradiationwas presented.Meanwhile the formation conditions of particles were discussed.TEM ob-servation showed that the ultrafine powder was composed of particles from 6 to 20nm withanatase structure.Reseach results indicated that ultrafine TiO_2 particles could be obtainedby means of laser irradiation.
