摘要
论述碳钢多孔渗硅层的耐磨特性、磨损机理和自润滑机理;根据耐磨性,对其渗硅工艺进行优化的探索。摩擦磨损实验和扫描电镜分析研究表明:45钢的多孔渗硅层,经油浸处理后有自润滑能力;其渗硅层的磨损主要是粘着磨损;在9%催渗剂+21%填充剂+70%硅源的渗剂中,于1050℃渗硅70 min,其摩擦磨损性能最佳;适用于中载(300~800 N)和低滑动速度(最佳为0.63 m/s)工况。
The wear-resisting behavior of porous siliconizing coatings on 45 steel and its wear and self-lubrication mechanism are discussed. In the light of its wean-resisting property, the optimal siliconizing process was searched. Experimental researches on friction and wear show that the porous siliconizing coatings on 45 steel after impregnating with heavy oil are self-lubricating. SEM analyses of wearing surface and wear debris show that the wear of siliconizing coatings on 45 steel was mainly attributed to adhesive wear. The tribological behavior of the coating siliconized with a paste consisting of 70% silicon+9% activating agent+21% filler at 1050℃ for 70 min is found to be optimal. This coating is suitable for moderate load (300~800 N) and low sliding speed (0.63 m/s is optimal).
