摘要
目的 :观察肿瘤坏死因子 (TNF)诱导白血病细胞株 (HL - 6 0 )的凋亡作用。方法 :用肿瘤坏死因子诱导白血病细胞株 ,观察细胞形态变化及进行核酸分析。结果 :肿瘤坏死因子作用白血病细胞株后该细胞呈凋亡改变 ,细胞DNA降解琼脂糖凝胶电泳呈阶梯状区带。结论 :肿瘤坏死因子能够诱导白血病细胞凋亡。
Objective:To observe the inducing effect of cytokines on apoptosis in leukemia cells(HL-60)when tumor necrosis factor(TNF)was applied.Method:Leukemia cells were induced with Tumor necrosis factor.morphological changes of thymocyte were observed and nucleic acid was analysed.Result:Tumor necrosis factor elicited typical apoposis morphological changes NAD fragmentation showed a typical NAD ladder by agarose,gel electrophoresis.Couclusion:Tumor Necrosis Factor is able to induce apoptosis in leukemia cells.
