介绍国际大电网会议 ( CIGRE) 2 0 0 2年大会上 37委员会关于电力系统规划、发展的论文和讨论。讨论集中在 :面向快速发展的电力系统的挑战 ,规划、技术和体制方面的问题 ;发电、输电的新技术和新需求 ;
Both activities of CIGRE'2002 and trends on power system planning and development are reviewed. The main subjects discussed in the conference are: (1) challenges facing rapidly developing power systems: planning, technical and institutional aspects; (2) new technologies and new needs in generation and transmission; (3) impact of the electricity market on network structure and the consequences for power system development.
