摘要
风电的不确定性以及负荷的随机变化性增加了电网规划难度。为此,针对系统运行、可靠性等约束条件,把罚函数转换为无约束目标函数,建立基于粒子群算法的含风电场电源规划多控制变量问题优化模型,并提出和分析优化规划的详细步骤。最后,采用IEEE30标准节点系统进行仿真优化,仿真优化结果验证了该模型的有效性、可行性,效果显著。
Uncertainty of wind power and random variation of load increase difficulties in power grid planning, to solve this,it aims at system operation and reliability to transform penalty function into unconstrained objective function, establish multi-control variable optimization model for power planning containing wind power station based on particle swarm algo- rithm , put forward and analyze detailed steps of optimization planning. At last, it takes IEEE 30 standard node system to carry out simulating and optimization. The result verifies that this model is effective and feasible.
