摘要
利用二倍体和四倍体大白菜,通过正反交,连续6年共做52个组合,从1985年的水仙花(四倍体)×后36高(二倍体)和1987年的BP058(二倍体)×水仙花(四倍体)两个组合得到了少量杂交种,经系谱选择并在人工气候室加代,提高孕性,均于第四代基本稳定。1989年将这两个杂交种分别定名为翠宝和翠绿。它们具有多倍体植物叶厚、叶面有泡状突起、蕾大、花大、气孔也大的特点,经染色体镜检,染色体数2n=4x=40。这两个品种生长速度快,生育期80天左右,包球紧实,抗病性强,品质优良,适口性好,耐贮藏运输,亩产7000~7500kg。
Using diploid and tetraploid Chinese cabbages, 52 different combinations of reciprocal crosses were made since 1933. Two hybrids were obtained from crosses of Shuixian Hua( 4 x) x Hou 36 Gao(2x)and BP058 (2x) xShuixian Hua(4x) in 1935 and 1937 respectively. They were fundamentally stable in segregation in F4. The chromosome numbers were proved to be 2n = 4x = 40, n = 2x = 20. They were respectively named as Cuibao and Cuilu in 1989. Of the two hybrids, the Cuilu is more desirable to fit the purpose of breeding. They have following characteristics- early maturity, high resistance to soft rot, downy mildow aai virus. Their quality is good and the yield is high (7500 kg/mu) .
