摘要
运用教学实验方法 ,对中学生进行篮球游戏教学与学习效能的研究。结果表明 ,通过篮球游戏教学 ,提高了篮球的基本技术 ,培养了学生的组织能力、讲解能力、创造和应变能力等综合素质 ;篮球游戏教学法以其广泛的人际沟通促进学生团结协作精神 ,以其适宜的运动负荷增强学生体质 ,以其娱乐性降低学生的焦虑水平 ,以其竞争性增强学生自信心 ,以其锻炼性促进学生良好人格特征的形成 ,从而有助于促进学生身心健康的发展。
Using teaching experimental method, learning efficiency of middle school students who take part in basketball games is studied. The result shows that basketball games are useful to improve basic basketball techniques and cultivate students' comprehensive qualities such as the ability to organize, explain, create and meet contingencies. Basketball games are helpful to develop the physical and mental health of students because its extensive communication can promote the unity and collaboration of students, its proper physical burden can enhance students' physical quality, its entertaining aspect can lower students' anxiety level, its competing aspect can enhance students' self confidence, and its practicing aspect can help form their good personal characters.
