摘要
本文研究了利用拜泉膨润土制备 4A分子筛的工艺 ,着重讨论了膨润土酸化反应的酸度、时间、液固比以及碱处理、凝胶混合物的配比对产品性能的影响。对所合成的 4A分子筛进行了XRD、SEM等结构表征。
The paper studies the process of preparation of 4A molecular sieve with Baiquan bentonite,focuses the discussion on the impact on the product performance imposed by the acidity,duration,liquid/solid ratio of bentonite acidification,alkali treatment and blending ratio of gel.The structural characterization of 4A molecular sieves was tested by XRD and SEM.The paper also discusses the comprehensive utilization of waste liquid produced during the synthetic process.
