高砂膨润土碱融水热合成P型沸石的实验研究 被引量:3

Experimental Study on the Synthesis of PZeolites from High Content Silica of Bentonite byAlkali Melt and Hydrothermal Methods

摘要 研究了膨润土的成分,采用加碱在400℃下碱融2h的方法,活化了膨润土中的蒙脱石和石英,获得了合成P型沸石的高活性原料,采用水热合成的方法,通过单因素实验,确定了合成P型沸石的适宜条件为:n(SiO2)/n(Al2O3)=5、n(Na2O)/n(SiO2)=1.4、n(H2O)/n(Na2O)=50、老化时间2h、老化温度30℃、在90℃下晶化9h。XRD和SEM分析结果表明,产物为纯净的P型沸石,多呈球形,粒径约为2μm。 The chemical composition of the bentonite was analyzed, the montmorillonite and the silica of the bentonite were activated by alkali melt at 400 ℃ for 2 h, then the high active pretreated materials was obtained. The optimum conditions of synthesis P zeolites were determined by single factor experiments as follows: n(SiO2)/n(Al2O3)=5, n(Na2O)/n(SiO2)= 1.4, n(H2O)/n(Na2O)=50, aging at 30 ℃ for 2 h, crystallization at 90 ℃ for 9 h. The XRD and SEM analysis results showed that the products were pure P zeolites, most of them were spherical and the average particle size was 2 μm.
