本文首先对跨国公司在华通过股票市场与不通过股票市场的具体并购模式进行了系统的梳理,其后对跨国公司可能会采取的并购模式进行了展望。
The paper systematically reviewed the ways in which multinational companies undertake merger and acquisition in China through both public stock markets and private equity markets. It then discussed the outlooks of the possible ways by which such activities could take in the future.
