摘要
跨国公司对外直接投资有两条途径 :新设投资和跨国并购。跨国并购已经在全球国际直接投资中占主导地位。在我国加入WTO后跨国并购在我国的发展是必要的 ,结合我国目前利用外资的现状 。
When multinational corporations make foreign direct investment, they usually have two choices: cross-border merger and acquisition (M & A) and Green field investment. M & A has been of great importance in international direct investment all over the world. This paper tells proves the necessity of developing M & A in China, incorporated with the circumstances of introducing foreign capital, and presents feasibility of realizing M & A by China.
