摘要
精校机液压伺服系统是精校机的执行环节,是保证工件加工精度的关键。本文在分析精校机工作特性的基础上,建立了精校机液压伺服系统的数学模型,对其动态特性进行了深入分析,并利用Simulink软件对动态特性进行了仿真,为精校机产品的设计和制造提供了理论依据。
The hydraulic - servo system of the precise straightening machine is the executive body and is the key to ensure the processing pre-ciseness of the workpiece. In this paper, based on analyzing working character of precise straightening machine, the mathematical - modal of the hydraulic - servo system is established and it' s dynamic character is analyzed deeply and simulated with Simulink software. with providing the theorotical basis for the design and manufacture of the precise straightening machine.
