本文详细分析了数据采集卡对光栅尺信号的采集处理的全过程,并给出提高其精度的四种不同的鉴相倍频方法。
This paper analyzes the whole collection and processing of linear encoder signals in data acquisition systems and puts forward four different methods of phase detection and frequency multiplication to improve the measurement precision.
