摘要 根据汽车轮毂轴承压装的基本原理和工艺要求,设计了基于工控机和PLC的伺服压装测控系统,实现了汽车轮毂轴承的压装和质量检测。系统通过PLC和伺服定位模块实现对伺服电机的控制,采用高精度的位移和压力传感器,达到了测试的精度要求和节拍要求。通过在上海汽车生产线上的生产实践证明,该系统具有节能、运行稳定和操作方便等优点,保证了生产效率和产品质量。同时该测控系统中的设计方法对于其他汽车零部件的测控系统设计具有良好的借鉴意义。 According to the principles and technological requirements of bearing push-mounting, a servo control system based on IPC and PLC has been designed. The system implemented the product assembly and quality control. This system utilized PLC and servo position controller to control the servo actuator, used the high-precision force sensor and displacement sensor and achieved the accuracy and efficiency of the test requirements. Practice in SAIC motor product line has proved that the system has many excellences such as energy-saving, running stable and operating easy. The efficiency and product quality was guaranteed. Some methods of the design also can be applied in other vehicle auto testing system.
