摘要
本文控制对象为单出杆低摩擦气缸,针对该气缸两腔作用面积非对称和活塞伸缩过程所受摩擦力不同,深入分析其特性,并根据其特点设计了PID算法。实验结果表明,该系统对于不同负载,在活塞的伸出和缩进过程都能够取得良好的控制效果。
Position control system of a single rod low friction cylinder is investigated in this paper. The cylinder has different effective cross sections in its two chambers and different friction in two moving directions. In order to overcome the difficulties caused by the non - linear characteristics of the cylinder, we designed PID control algorithm based on the detailed analysis of these factors. Both the analysis and the experiment results prove that the system can achieve desired performance under different loading conditions.
