摘要
目的 :利用气相毛细管色谱法 ,建立快速分离测定油酸的方法。方法 :用甲醇—硫酸将油酸衍生化为脂肪酸甲脂 ,用自制、耐高温气相毛细管柱分离测定。结果 ;分离完全的色谱峰 ,有良好的线性关系。结论
Objective:The oleic acid was determined by capillary gas cheromatigraply.Method;The oleic acid wasesterified with methand and suplphate acid,Fatty acid methyl esters were separated and determined by a 30mm×0.25mm i.d. PFG-20M elescity quartz capillary column made by ourself and hydrogen flame eonizateon deterctor(FID).Result:All peaks of methylesters of oleic acid were identified as gas chromatogaphy/mass spectrometry and quantified with area mormalization method.Conclusion:This method is high effective and quich.
