摘要
用甲醇－硫酸将油酸衍生为脂肪酸甲酯，用自制、耐高温气相毛细管柱分离测定，建立了快速分离测定油酸的方法。方法准确可靠、分析速度快。
In this paper,the oleic acid was determined by capillary gas chromatography.The oleic acid was esterified with methanol and sulfuric acid.Fatty acid methyl esters were separated and detemined with quartz capillary column made by ourself.The whole chromatogram analysis was completed in a period of less than 25min.
