摘要
详细报导了一种氯化血红素脱铁的TBP萃取新方法,在萃取时间1h,萃取剂TBP加入量为Fe量的10~20倍,盐酸加入量为硫酸体积的1/3,稀释剂选用非极性的苯和萃取温度40℃等条件下,氯化血红素的脱铁率和血卟啉及血卟啉衍生物的纯度分别达到了99.82%和97.85%。采用此方法不但降低了生产成本,而且还缩短了生产周期。
In this paper, the new extraction method to measure the deironation from hemin using TBP (tributyl phosphate) as extraction agent was reported in details. The proporatin of deironation and the purity of hematoporphyrin or hematoporphyrin derivative achieved 99.82 % and 97 .85 % , respectively, under the conditions of an-hour extraction TBP/Fe =10-20, hydrochloric acid/sulfuric acid 1/3 (in volume), non-polar benzene as diluent agent and 40C extraction temperature etc. This method adopted can not only reduce the production cost but also shorten the procedure time.
