摘要
以氯化血红素为起始原料设计合成了6个全新的卟啉衍生物.在D2O中对NADPH光氧化作用的敏化效应实验表明,所合成的目标化合物均具有光敏活性,其中3,8位含甲氧基、乙氧基、正丙氧基、异丙氧基的卟啉化合物活性明显高于参比药物HpD,可望替代HpD用于肿瘤的光动力治疗,值得进一步深入研究.
Six new porphyrin derivatives were synthesized from hemin.All of these compounds possessed the sensitivity to photooxidation of NADPH in D 2O. The porphyrins with methoxy,ethyloxy,npropyloxy,isopropyloxyfunctional groups in 3,8position of porphyrin ring had higher sensitivity than HpD,so they are worth further investigation as ideal antitumor drugs used in photodynamic therapy.
