摘要
目的 观察脉冲微波理疗在冠周炎治疗中的疗效。方法 将40例急性冠周炎患者随机分成2组,对照组20例单用药物治疗,治疗组20例在药物治疗同时辅以微波理疗,分别于治疗后3、5 d对疼痛和张口度评估分级并进行对比。结果 治疗组疼痛减轻和张口度改善明显优于对照组。结论 脉冲微波理疗对冠周炎有明显的疗效。
Objective To observe the effects of pulse-microwave physical therapy on the treatment of pericoronal infection. Methods 40 cases of the wisdom tooth pericoronal infection were divided into two groups randomly. The control group (20 cases) was treated with medicine only, while the experimental group was assisted with pulse-microwave physical therapy. The degree of pain and the width of the mouth opening were recorded at the third and fifth day after therapy. Results The degree of pain and the width of mouth opening in the experimental group improved more than those in the control group. Conclusion Pulse-microwave physical therapy produced apparent effects on the treatment of pericoronal infection.
