摘要
目的 研究微波内关穴辐射对冠心病患者血流动力学的影响。方法 冠心病患者40例 ,采用微波辐射内关穴 ,输出频率 5 0 0~ 90 0MHz,功率 0 .4~ 1.5W可调 ,每穴 15min ,每日 1次 ,2 0次为 1疗程。正常对照组 2 0名。治疗前 (Ⅰ )、首次治疗后 (Ⅱ )和疗程后 (Ⅲ )检测血流动力学。结果 两组治疗前血流动力学比较差异有非常显著性 (P <0 .0 1)。冠心病组在Ⅰ与Ⅱ比较 :心脏总功率 (CWT)、左心排指数 (LCI)、心肌耗氧量 (CMO)、冠脉缺血阈值 (CMR)参数改善差异有非常显著性 (P <0 .0 1) ,左室有效功率 (LWE)改善差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;Ⅰ与Ⅲ比较 :CMO、CMR改善差异有非常显著性 (P <0 .0 1) ,CWT改善差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 微波辐射内关穴治疗冠心病可改善患者心脏功能、冠脉循环和心肌耗氧量。是冠心病二级预防和治疗、控制发展的方便有效方法。
Objective To study the influence of hemodynamics of coronary heart disease(CHD) patients treated with micorwave irradiation on Neikuan acupoints.Methods 40 CHD patients received the microwave irradiation on Neikuan acupoints,15 min/per point,once a day for 20 days(a course of treatment).Output frequency was 500~900 MHz and power was 0.4~1.5 W.Control group was 20 normal healthy subjects.The hemodynamics parameters were measured at pre-treatment,immediately post-treatment and the end of treatment period.Resuts At pre-treatment and immediately post-treatment,the improvements of CWT(cardiac work total),LCT(left cardiac index),CMO(consumption myocardium oxygen)and CMR(coronary must resistance) or LWE(left heart work effective) all were better than those of control group(P<0.01~0.05).At the same time,comparison was also performed between the pre-treatment and the end of treatment period.There was a significant difference in CMO,CMR or CMT (P<0.01~ 0.05).Conclusion It is shown that microwave acupoint irradiation can improve the heart function,coronary artery circulation and myocardium oxygen consumption.It is an effective therapy for prevention and treatment to CHD.
