摘要
基于对传统修形理论的认识,用有限元方法对滚动轴承进行分析,提出了新的修形方法,获得了滚动体新的修形曲线,并给出新的修形曲线的一个算例,有限元分析表明,指数曲线与对数曲线一样,可以避免滚子两端的边界应力集中。
Based on the understanding of the conventional modification theory of crowning rollers, the roller bearings are studied with the help of the FE analysis. a new concept and method of crowning rollers is presented and an example is given. The finite element simulations indicate that exponential crowned rollers can eliminate the stress concentrations at the ends of rollers as efficiently as logarithmic crowned rollers.
