摘要
目的 :探讨脑胶质瘤的CT征象和诊断价值 ;方法 :对 2 0例脑胶质瘤的CT征象进行综合分析 ,并经手术病理证实 ;结果 :脑胶质瘤的主要CT表现为特征性的手掌样脑水肿 ,瘤体多呈低密度和占位征象 ;结论 :螺旋CT检查可准确对脑胶质瘤进行定位定性诊断。
To evaluate the CT feature in patients with brain astrocytoma.Methods:20 patients with astrocytoma, who had admitted to our hospital, aged 14 to 70 years, 13 males, 7 females, were examined using spiral CT unit made in USA. All astrocytoma patients were confirmed by surgical and pathological way.Results:Main characteristics of astrocytoma in CT scan were to express the edema in brain and focus of low density as well as an occupation shown.Conclusion:Spiral CT examination is an eligible way for diagnosis of astrocytoma in clinic.
