摘要
以聚氨酯、石英砂等为原料,经浇注硫化工艺复合制成聚氨酯复合材料磨机衬板,对复合材料磨机衬板的耐磨性能及其在磨机衬板上的应用进行了实验研究,并对聚氨酯与石英砂的界面结合问题进行了初步分析。
With polyurethane and quartz sand as raw materials, the mill lining plate of PUR composite is formed through pouring and sulphurating. The wear-resisting performance and application on the mill lining of this composite are studied, and the interface combination of polyurethane and quartz sand is analyzed.
